Forever 21 has stepped up their game, got this mustard yellow high waist skirt and replicate sex and the city belt there a few months ago, and paired with my vintage kurt cobain tee, it makes for the perfect feminine with some edge look. I have no jewelry on because I'm just getting ready but I'll probably pair just some simple bangles with it, no necklaces because I don't wanna cover up the graphic or the belt
